Have you had a love hate relationship with your body and with yourself? Do you find that YOU are the person who judges you more than anyone else in the world? For most people changing their body is a temporary fix at best. It lasts as long as either your willpower, or your health related concern. What often happens is either we begin to see results, which could be losing weight, or feeling better; or we feel like we are trying and not being successful and go further down the rabbit hole with the habits that are hurting our bodies.
We trap ourselves with “I’ll start my diet on Monday”, “This week I am starting the gym”. Then we beat ourselves up for not doing it, or not keeping up with it.
What we aren’t doing is laying new thinking processes down, building new beliefs and habits, and caring for ourselves.
YOU WILL NOT CREATE PERMANENT CHANGE FROM JUDGEMENT AND FORCE
This program is designed to lay new thought processes and habits. It takes 21 days to create a habit. In this program you will:
- Be with a private community who connect in a members only Facebook group.
- You will be working with Donna Martuge every week on live group video calls. The calls will be available to you on replay if you cannot make the live calls. Call dates: July 2, 2018, July 9, 2018, July 16, 2018, July 23, 2018 all calls will be at 7PM EST.
- You will have your downloadable 30 Day workbook that has activities, notes, plans, and motivational tools to help you for each day of the program.
- You will receive 7 MP3 recordings you can listen to each morning to prepare your day.
This program is not about losing weight or getting healthy, although that may be the side effects of your participation. It is about creating a relationship with you and your body that is nurturing, supportive, and conscious. It is about retraining your thoughts and your body to think and connect differently than you ever have. This is a mindset makeover that will support you in creating a lifelong change that allows for JOYFUL living and fun with food and your body and your life.
